The staff there are the best I've ever experienced. It starts from the time you arrive in your taxi and are greeted by one or two people before you can close the car door. I was feeling sick one day and the manager was so attentive and kind offering any help he could to make me feel better. I just loved my time there.

Hana and staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel was in a perfect location. Will definitely be back!

Hotel Du Lac signature hotel is one of the best hotel we stayed. The staff are very helpful, welcome drinks and a warm towel was given upon check in. Staff assisted us all the time. Transport was booked too. Buffet breakfast food are a mixed of both vietnamese, and western cuisine. The spa services are excellent. Its a must try. We will be back again.

Our stay here in Hanoi was absolutely incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the cost. The value for what you receive is unbelievable. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Tracy from the concierge service, who was unbelievably helpful. She completely handled booking our day trip for us from start to finish. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family of five had 3 rooms for three nights, and our stay was a 12 out of 10–beautiful as well-equipped rooms, a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh eastern and western options (as well as options to order), a small but decently functioning gym, and a phenomenally nice and helpful staff. A legit oasis in hustling and bustling Hanoi.
